Disclaimer
Even though many customers report an immediate freedom from pain, it may take a while ridding your tennis elbow / golfer’s elbow completely and of course it is also possible that the Masalo Cuff may not have the desired effect in your personal case. An epicondylitis is a serious medical issue and medical matters are always individual. The healing progress is dependant on many factors and differs for each patient. Therefore and for legal reasons we cannot and will not provide a healing guaranty. Some reviews have been translated from German.

Completely healed
Hello,
after half a year I wanted to tell you that my tennis elbow is completely cured…unbelievable!!!
I already felt considerable pain relief after 2 weeks. After about 2 months I was able to exercise again. Pullups and dumbbell exercises. About 3 weeks ago, I felt slight symptoms again and now wear the cuff again during training. But I didn’t notice anything after day 5.
A brilliant product. Thank you very much.
P.s. I have had 2 cortisone injections in two years and only did not agree to an operation because it had already been unsuccessful with a friend of mine. Sport was impossible during this time!
Best regards,
Melvin
Badminton(arm)
I injured my arm playing badminton 1/2 year ago. Three cortisone treatments, various cuffs, bandages and radiation treatments were the result. I work in an office and at some point I replaced my mouse with a vertical mouse.
I wore the cuff during the treatment, but did not feel much effect in the long run, only temporarily. This was the first step. After that, when there was already an improvement, I tried the cuff while playing badminton.
It has to be mentioned that I play rackets with a stiff shaft and with a very hard string, which is a big extra strain on the arm. I stopped after an hour and had no problems the next day.
The following week I played for 1.5 hours. No problems either. I can play again and it’s just great. As a counter test, I played once without the cuff, but this was again associated with slight pain.
Conclusion: If you use this cuff and change a few small things in the environment that puts a strain on the arm, you can achieve a significant improvement in quality of life, as I did.
Thanks to the inventor

Hello Mr Hennig, thank you very much for your feedback. It reads very well and badminton should really be pain-free by now. Nevertheless, it would be helpful if you could send us some photos of your arm with the cuff on. That way we could take a look at it and maybe optimise it a bit. Actually, the cuff should really relieve the pain immediately so that sports, work, etc. are possible again without pain (normally this happens within 2-3 days). If it takes a little longer at first, it may be due to an existing inflammation or not quite optimal settings. In any case, I wish you a good recovery and lots of fun with sports. Best regards Harry Röder
Thank you!!!
I have had complaints for 4 months. It went so far that I kept waking up at night because of the pain. I thought, that’s it!
So I decided to contact an elbow specialist. In the online appointment form I could have made an appointment in 8 weeks. A no-go for me. So help to help myself.
The steps were: I googled how to help myself and came across your cuff! 👍🏻Da I am a craftsman myself and also understand logical biomechanical relationships, one thing was clear to me, only this cuff can help!
Bought it yesterday – put it on (day and night) – tighter during the day and a little looser at night – PAIN FREE!!!! Yay !!! 😃🎶 Keep it up!!!

Hello Mrs Bartel-Zwack, a great report, many thanks for it 🙂 That’s exactly how it should be, you have read the instructions and really done everything right. It is really important that you understand the basic principle, then you can’t really do anything wrong and the cuff helps. Please be prepared that the healing process will not be linear, it is rather an “up and down”. This is simply because people with epicondylitis are always very active and like to go full throttle again as soon as the pain subsides :-). This means that sometimes there is too much overload and in the evening there is a twinge again, which is quite normal. But it should still go uphill continuously and heal. After healing, depending on the activity, please put on the cuff as a precaution, or at least have it within reach so that you can put it on immediately should the problem occur again. I wish you a continued good recovery and a lovely weekend. If anything should happen, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are always very happy to help. Kind regards Harry Röder
Fantastic solution!!!
I had tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow, plus constant inflammation. The bandage that was provided by the health insurance didn’t really do anything other than constrict my arm, which was very uncomfortable.
I then had my elbow taped and did this myself for months. One day I saw the advertisement for this cuff on the internet and bought it, it wasn’t cheap, but after such a long time of pain I didn’t care.
I work a lot at the PC, have my own stable and horses, so my elbow is under a lot of strain. I received the cuff quickly and it was easy to adjust and WORKED IMMEDIATELY.
I could finally do almost everything without pain again. After a few weeks, my elbow was pain-free again without the cuff.
Now I have been pain-free for about 1 year, despite doing the same work. The health insurance company only offers crap, it takes a normal person, not a doctor, to develop something so simple and logical. This is simply embarrassing for our medicine!
A big thank you to the inventor, he has made my life pain-free again!

Hello Ms Reimers, thank you for your experience report and your feedback. Yes, a year ago I don’t think the aid number was finally issued. Today it is different and all health insurance companies pay at least a large part of the costs, others cover the costs completely. You obviously had one of the usual compression products before, there is only this mode of action apart from the Masalo counter-traction principle – no matter how expensive these other bandages are or what they look like, they all work with pressure on the muscles, just below the elbow. You have done everything right and I am very pleased that you are well again. I really recommend though, never put the cuff out of reach. Ideally, you should continue to put it on prophylactically when you go to the stables to visit the horses. After all, that is an extreme strain and a lot of work. Many people get tennis elbow when shovelling snow, for example, and mucking out the stables also puts a lot of strain on the tendons. If you forget to do that and notice that it’s starting again, put on the cuff right away and it will be gone within a few days. However, it would be better to put on the cuff as a precaution during such activities, then it won’t come back at all. Unfortunately, we epicondylitis candidates all tend to get it again when we overload the arm. It also happens to me sometimes when I forget to put on a cuff as a prophylactic measure when doing manual work or gardening. In the evening, I notice that it comes back. Then I simply put on my Masalo cuff and for me it takes a maximum of 24-48 hours until it is gone again 🙂 In any case, I wish you lots of fun with the horses and stay healthy. Best regards Harry Röder
Thank you for my regained quality of life!
My tale of woe began 2 years ago when I accidentally twisted my right arm while loading my son’s BMX bike. There was a stabbing pain, but I thought the discomfort would go away on its own. But they didn’t.
So I went for orthopaedic treatment. They diagnosed me with tennis elbow and pulled out all the stops: cortisone injections, zinc-glue bandages, acupuncture patches, physiotherapy, blood treatment and shock waves. But none of it helped.
After the orthopaedist advised me to have an operation, I started looking for suitable therapies myself. I came across Masalo and thought it might be worth a try. At this point, I was already quite demoralised by the constant complaints and the lack of prospects of success.
Initially, I wore the cuff day and night and it quickly improved. After 3 months of wearing it, I am now largely symptom-free and only wear the cuff occasionally.
Finally, I can move as usual again and have my old life back.
Now that the long period of suffering has come to an end, I look to the future with hope again and am glad that I spared myself the operation. This reminds me very much of the story of the creation of Masalo written by Harry Röder.
A thousand thanks to you and the whole team for this outstanding invention and I hope that many more sufferers will be helped with it.

Hello Mr Knorr, thank you very much for your feedback. It’s always nice when customers don’t forget us either, as soon as things get better again 🙂 Yes, the stories of all people affected by epicondylitis are similar. It is almost always the case that at first you think “it will go away” until you go to the doctor. Unfortunately, doctors can’t do much in most cases and they only have a few treatment options, all of which are directed against symptoms and inflammation. It can be fatal that, for example, a cortisone injection can help extremely well at first because it immediately removes the inflammation and you think the problem is solved, at least that’s how it was for me. Then you go full throttle again and as soon as the cortisone has worn off, it is worse than before because the injury was there all the time and has become worse through further overloading. By the way, many of our clients are looking for alternative options at exactly this point, shortly before the operation and many only after an unsuccessful intervention. Fortunately, you can find us quite easily on Google if you search for tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, etc.. The customers then go to the doctor with the information and have the cuff prescribed. In this way, doctors and retailers learn first-hand about the cuff and experience for themselves how successfully it helps. The majority of doctors continue to prescribe the cuff afterwards, because fortunately there are many good doctors who are very interested in seeing patients get better again 🙂 Most specialist dealers are also really good, but unfortunately there are also exceptions who think that there is only the compression principle anyway. Then we also get complaints and have to find out that the specialist dealer didn’t even look at the instructions and tried to somehow tie the support to the elbow to create compression – which of course then prevents any positive effect. When customers contact us, we can always help quickly and also retrain the retailer accordingly. Our goal is really that every cuff also brings the desired success and that works out quite well 🙂 I recommend that you never put the cuff out of reach and that you put the cuff on as a precaution when you are gardening, renovating, shovelling snow, exercising or doing other activities where heavy strain can occur. If you forget to do this and feel it starting again, put it on right away and it should be gone within a few days. Enjoy your regained quality of life and stay healthy 🙂 If anything should happen, we are always happy to help. Kind regards Harry Röder
