I have had tennis elbow since mid-December and ordered the cuff before Easter and have been wearing it for exactly 1 month.

Unfortunately, the cuff is not very well known among doctors and the medical supply store in our town did not know any doctor who would have prescribed it.

So I ordered them myself and I am completely convinced. Already after 2 weeks I had a noticeable improvement.

After 4 weeks I can lift again without pain, but when I want to bring something down from a greater height, it still hurts.

I like wearing the cuff very much, but I don’t need it at night. To put it on correctly, I watched the film several times and found that it doesn’t bother me at all when it fits correctly.

I think I will miss them when the arm is healthy again.

I also suffered from tennis elbow in both arms for about 2.5 years. Everything possible was tried, from cooling to tablets, cortisone injections to arthroscopy…., without success! Then I saw the report on “Einfach genial”.

It all sounded very plausible! I called my health insurance company and asked if they would cover the costs. They (IKK classic) covered the costs of a “normal” orthosis registered with them, i.e. 50%. So I ordered these cuffs for both arms.

I wore them day and night for about 1 month, and then only during the day. I am also a “desk person” who uses a keyboard and mouse (ergonomically) all day.

I can’t confirm that the pain went away immediately, but there was a clear relief and alleviation. I wore the cuffs for about 15 months. Since then I have been pain-free.

There was a short period of time when it was slightly tense in my forearm. I wore them again for 2-3 days and then it was fine again! A really great product, which I would definitely recommend!

It’s absolutely true, the relief starts immediately! The arm – or, as in my case, the arms – are immediately ready for use again due to the effect of the cuff!!!! Pain-free!

Since 2007 (I’m 32 today) I’ve been suffering from tennis elbow on my right side from time to time. Cortisone, ointments of all kinds, countless painkillers, physiotherapy, plaster, a multitude of braces or similar bandages and an operation – the result, it always came back and the main principle of all these treatments is always the permanent relief.

Well, I resigned myself to it, gave up my sport and actually switched all sorts of things (brushing my teeth, putting on make-up, mouse activities, tidying up, cleaning…) to the left side. I haven’t really used my right arm at all in my everyday life. Except when typing…ergonomically equipped, of course.

My professional activity consists exclusively of typing and my existence therefore depends absolutely on my arms. Now came the shock: not only had I been suffering from acute tennis elbow on my right side for the last eight weeks, but a short time later I also felt it for the first time on my left.

In desperation, I once again visited several different orthopaedists in the meantime and of course I went back to my usual “relief”. I went on sick leave and temporarily moved in with my mother (I still live alone)… I could hardly get dressed and I was incredibly afraid of brushing my teeth – it hurt like hell and my arms were very weak. After the two cortisone injections and the consumption of a lot of painkillers and ointments, it only got better to a certain extent. The doctors’ solution seemed somewhat simplified. Just keep on taking sick leave and rest both arms. I was totally desperate. I couldn’t type any more, my mother did some research on the internet and came across these cuffs.

It sounded totally logical, almost too simple to be true. But the testimonials also sounded very promising. So I tried to have them prescribed for me, but to no avail. Because of all the treatments in the last few weeks, I didn’t really have any money left…I ordered them anyway, directly for both arms as well.

I received the product directly two days after ordering, everything went smoothly. The instructions for putting them on are also very easy to understand and they worked straight away. What I also noticed very positively was that you really get a lot of useful and interesting information in a brochure.

And yet, because I was very uncertain about the investment, I contacted the service directly to reassure myself: and here is the next miracle! It is a service that more than deserves its name! I have never received such a competent, empathetic, helpful and also very fast and friendly and absolutely individual feedback! All my doubts about putting on the cuff were solved in a few minutes (and it really is only a few minutes!), lots of tips were given on top and now I wear it consistently on both arms.

As I said, I didn’t manage to get a doctor to prescribe them either. That’s why I can only advise you, based on my personal experience, to buy this product at your own expense. One buys hopes, which through the logical principle with the understanding and the empathetic and competent service, quickly becomes a real confidence! With this product and with the sale, the focus here is not on selling the product, but quite clearly on helping! And it is help!

Let me be specific: a short time after the correct fitting, I was able to brush my teeth without pain (yes, my condition was so acute that this was no longer possible), get dressed and even lift normal glasses again (I had already switched to cardboard dishes because they are lighter in weight). Then, of course, I became a bit more courageous and with every further activity so far I have been encouraged that it is possible without pain. I have even been shopping with it, unthinkable just a week ago.

I can also finally play with my cat again and I have also refused the sick note. It’s really incredible, I sit at my PC and can do my work. Of course it’s a change and I’ve also read in other testimonials that it’s perceived as unpleasant. I can’t confirm that. The product gives security and above all the freedom to literally “act” again in normal life.

You can immediately use your arm or arms to their full extent again and at the same time you can be sure that the affected area is well protected and can heal. So it is above all a product, and the only product I have come across in my almost 15-year career with tennis elbow, that helps you deal with the injury! You can just start again, the tendons can heal, you are supported from the heart and you have a good feeling about it!

I know from experience that healing in such cases simply takes time. It can’t really be predicted. I was so panicked about how long I would be off work…But, however long it takes, it doesn’t matter now, it doesn’t matter how long it takes my body, but thanks to this glorious invention, my life can go on healing. And right now!

I will now simply wear the two cuffs consistently day and night as recommended. I can absolutely confirm the immediate effect and will also report on the further success here in the course of time. Simply because I have also had every report read to me and have also felt a brief moment of overcoming to buy them, but am now sitting here and typing this experience report while the cuffs make it possible and protect my tendons in the process.

It really is like that, it works immediately and life can finally go on without pain and also without fear of doing more damage through movement. THANK YOU to the great team!!!!!!

This cuff is a real miracle, you can feel the effect and relief immediately after putting it on.

No comparison to normal braces that are prescribed. I got it free of charge from the employers’ liability insurance association after an injury at work.
