Disclaimer

Even though many customers report an immediate freedom from pain, it may take a while ridding your tennis elbow / golfer’s elbow completely and of course it is also possible that the Masalo Cuff may not have the desired effect in your personal case. An epicondylitis is a serious medical issue and medical matters are always individual. The healing progress is dependant on many factors and differs for each patient. Therefore and for legal reasons we cannot and will not provide a healing guaranty. Some reviews have been translated from German.
We wish you a rapid recovery!

I had hoped for improvement after a long period of pain. This product will not help. Not a trace of wearing comfort. It is more of a hindrance than a help. No feeling of stabilisation or promised relief. I hope at least for a complication-free reversal.

Response from Masalo.co.uk

Hello Mr. Auge, we thank you for your feedback, although this is not a field report in the true sense of the word. Nevertheless, we would like to publish your feedback, as it is your free opinion. After announcing the return, you sent us photos that clearly showed that the support was put on completely incorrectly and contrary to the instructions. We also informed you of this and offered you support and help. However, you refused our offer to help you put the cuff on effectively, stating that you were obviously not able to put the product on correctly and would rather return it. This is a real pity, because our product could certainly have helped you with a few simple steps. Well, we can’t and don’t want to force anyone to accept our help, but we think you could have made an attempt. That’s why I don’t think your feedback is really fair. You could only have judged whether or not the promised relief would occur after you had applied the product correctly. We understand that you are frustrated when things don’t work right away, but not that we are being accused of illegally trying to prevent returns with our offer of support and help or with our instructions in the order confirmations. Our return rate is about 0.5% because the Masalo Cuff helps so well and yet you got a full refund. Either way, we wish you a good recovery and should you get stuck, we are still happy to help. Kind regards Harry Röder

I am still in the healing process

I have been wearing the cuff for four weeks now and notice a clear improvement. It’s not quite OK yet, but it’s much less painful. I was very sceptical at first, but now I can recommend the cuff without reservation. I am very confident that I will soon be able to use my arm again completely pain-free without a cuff.

Response from Masalo.co.uk

Dear Ms Herrmann, thank you very much for your feedback. We are very pleased that you have come so far. However, you still need some patience until the final healing. Although the cuff relieves you immediately and helps you to cope with everyday life, work and sport, healing naturally takes time. You can speed it up considerably by following a few important tips. You can find these on our pages under “Tips for dealing with epicondylitis”. Tendons are so-called bradytrophic tissue, i.e. tissue with very few blood vessels, which is why tendon injuries always require at least 6 weeks up to 6 months to heal completely. The substances needed for healing must be transported to the injured areas by the surrounding blood. Movement of the arm is very important for this. We wish you a continued good recovery. Best regards Harry Röder

Changed my life !

I have had what is called tennis elbow for over 15 years. At times I couldn’t even hold a coffee cup. As a metal worker, some of the activities in my job were hardly feasible for me. All the bandages I had tried so far only helped minimally.

The MASALO cuff, on the other hand, is a miracle cure because it creates a counter-pressure when the arm is stretched out. I am grateful that I can now lead a “normal” life again in this respect.

Expensive, but worth it.

I contracted acute epicondylitis while doing sports (pull-ups).

The elbow had already stung occasionally in the past, but it was temporary and did not require treatment. Then I got the injury, which also restricted me in my everyday life.

Since it is very difficult to get to the doctors at the moment due to Corona, I looked online. I found out about the Masalo cuff and ordered one.

After hesitating to wear it at first, only when doing sports or under heavy strain, I noticed that I was already looking forward to putting on my cuff. After this realisation, I kept it on day and night.

The discomfort is now much less. Whereas before it was very alternating. Every time I thought I was out of the woods, the next day was more painful again. You just have to get used to the cuff, it can take a few days, or weeks, but then the knot has burst and the injuries can finally heal completely.

Thank you very much, Mr Röder and family, for this great invention!

And also for the helpful tips here on your homepage.

Kind regards,

Response from Masalo.co.uk

Hello Ms Czasch, thank you very much for your feedback. I also recommend that you wear the cuff as a prophylactic measure during sports and physically demanding work. Unfortunately, once you have had epicondylitis, it tends to come back… but you can avoid that. If it does happen, just put the cuff back on and it should be gone within a few days. I wish you all the best and stay healthy 🙂 Kind regards Harry Röder

I didn't believe it...

Here is my feedback. I didn’t believe it would help. I have been wearing it since 17.4.2021 now and only now the pain is slowly gone after almost 9 months.

By the way, the whole thing came from playing the guitar. In the meantime I can play Masalo again, thank God.

Kind regards

Elmar Hopperdietzel

Response from Masalo.co.uk

Hello Mr Hopperdietzel, thank you for your feedback. It really did take an extremely long time for you. It rarely happens that it takes 9 months, but when it does, it almost always happens with golfers’ arms. However, playing guitar is also very stressful for the tendons. Anyway, we are glad that you finally got rid of the epicondylitis 🙂 To be on the safe side, I recommend that you wear the bandage as a precaution when you are going to be under a lot of strain, such as at work or in sports. Then you have protection and it is unlikely that the problem will occur again. When playing the guitar, I recommend that you also wear a few simple wrist bandages for protection. I wish you all the best for the new year, especially good health. Best regards Harry Röder
